Gary S. Guidry
Position: Chairman & Director

Mr. Guidry has been a Director since October 2005 and Chairman of Pearl since February 2007. Currently, Mr. Guidry is the President, CEO and a Director with Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. and a Director of Bayou Bend Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Guidry has over 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry at senior management levels. He is a Professional Engineer who has extensive experience in exploration, production, and in the acquisition and the development of projects in Canada, the United States, and other countries. With a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mr. Guidry graduated from Texas A&M University and is an Alberta-registered Professional Engineer.

 
Keith C. Hill
Position: President, C.E.O. and Director

Previously Mr. Hill was founder, President and CEO of Valkyries Petroleum Corp., a publicly traded oil and gas company, since August 2002. Mr. Hill previously served as General Manager of Lundin Oil AB's operations in Malaysia and Sudan. Mr. Hill has over 22 years experience in the oil industry including international new venture management and senior exploration positions at Occidental Petroleum and Shell Oil Company. His education includes a Master of Science degree in Geology and Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Michigan State University as well as an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.

 
Dean Tucker
Position: Vice President, Operations

Mr. Tucker has 22 years of progressively senior engineering and operational experience in the oil and gas industry. He started his career with Chevron in operations moving onto engineering and production roles. Mr. Tucker has worked with junior, intermediate and senior companies in Canada, the US and internationally in continental Europe and the North Sea progressing to senior levels of management in 2005. He is a professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

 
Randy Neely
Position: Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Neely has over 15 years of progressively senior financial management and leadership experience in accounting, auditing, corporate finance with particular expertise in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Neely has joined Pearl after recently resigning from Trident Exploration Corp. where he recruited and led a top team of accounting, finance and information technology professionals at this high growth company over the past 3 years. During this period production at Trident grew from less than 1000 barrels of oil equivalent per day to over 15,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Prior to joining Trident, Randy was a vice president in the Calgary office of TD Securities investment banking group and prior to that a senior manger with KPMG. Mr. Neely has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and also holds the designations of Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

 
Lukas H. Lundin
Position: Director

Born in 1958, Lukas Lundin was raised in Stockholm, Sweden and educated at the Ecole Internationale de Genève in Switzerland. In 1981, Mr. Lundin graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (engineering).

At age 25 Mr. Lundin headed International Petroleum Corporation's extensive and rapidly growing international operations and was based in the Company's technical office in Dubai, U.A.E. for over 12 years. From 1990 to June 1995, Mr. Lundin was President of International Musto Exploration Limited and was responsible for Musto's acquisition of the Bajo de la Alumbrera deposit. Bajo de la Alumbrera was the subject of a $500 million takeover by Rio Algom and North Limited and is now one of the largest gold/copper producers in the world. Mr. Lundin was also responsible for Argentina Gold and the discovery of the multi-million ounce Veladero gold deposit. Veladero was the subject of a $300 million takeover by Homestake in 1999. In addition, Mr. Lundin was a senior Director of Lundin Oil AB and was instrumental in the $480 million takeover of Lundin Oil by Talisman Energy in 2001. Mr. Lundin is currently a Director of a number of publicly traded resource companies.

 
A. Murray Sinclair
Position: Director

Mr. Sinclair has been the Managing Director of Quest Capital Corp. since June 2003; Director of Quest Management Corp. (management company wholly -owned by Quest Capital Corp.) since December 1996.

 
Brian D. Edgar
Position: Director

Mr. Edgar is a lawyer whom practiced corporate and securities law in Vancouver for 16 years. In 1992 Mr. Edgar, along with William A. Rand, established Rand Edgar Capital Corp. (succeeded by Rand Edgar Investment Corp.). Rand Edgar Investment Corp. is in the business of providing early stage venture capital to high growth companies and advisory services.

 
Gordon D. Harris
Position: Director

Mr. Harris has been the President and CEO of Choice Resources Corp. since February 2004. Prior to Choice Resources, Mr. Harris was President and CEO of Roseland Resources Ltd. from September 1999 to July 2003.

 
John W. Ladd
Position: Director

Since September 2002, Mr. Ladd is the President, CEO and a director of ITS Engineered Systems, Inc. an engineering and fabrication company specializing in equipment for enhancing the recovery of heavy oil. From February 1997 to August 2002 Mr. Ladd was Vice-President of Weatherford International. Mr. Ladd has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and has over 22 years experience in the oil industry including 15 years experience in exploration, development, and operation of oil and gas production projects.

 
Lloyd Arnason
Position: Director

Mr. Arnason is a self-employed businessman. Mr. Arnason has 25 years of broad-based industry experience and was one of the original founders of Atlas Energy Ltd. Mr. Arnason obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
